I'm happy to become one of the testers for anything that can be implemented for v18 too.

I suggest we work together, so even if the app gets there first then switching to a subsequent Kodi data implementation is simple. Krypton has taken longer to get out than expected, but v18 could be quick, no one knows. I could potentially get work merged quicker if I had a team of testers supporting me.
