I'm very surprised to see tha kodi 17 does'nt support copy & past (ctrl-c ctrl-v) !!
I've seen also some another problem editing url fields, the horizontal scroll does'nt work well and it's very difficult to edit..

We do on desktop platforms, so that's Windows, Linux & OS-X.

for linux, c&p is only available on v18 wayland builds if i'm not mistaken.

Try using kore or yatse, you get the benefit of your android keyboard.
