Or simply in reciver?You need an HDMI protocol analyzer or an Audio analzyer to check the bit depth. Usually, you won't find it on an AVR.
I have Denon AVR- X2200W and reciver shows me that my signal is PCM. So I have no idea is Kodi/SPMC outputs 16bit or 24bit/ 192kHz.
