The "O"-key also shows you whether hardware decoding "(HW)" or software decoding "(SW)" is used. Already mentioned above.
And with the "Z"-key you can view the zoom/aspect ratio (single press) and cycle and change through all of them (with immediate effect) by pressing the "Z"-key repeatedly. More here : Keyboard_controls (wiki)
