Solved No Audio when starting local files

Just upgraded my 2015 Shield TV and 2 Amazon Fire TVs (Gen 2) to Krypton. When I start a movie from my local NAS the video plays, but the audio does not start for about 2-5 seconds depending. This was not present in Jarvis. Any solutions would be welcome. Thank you.

No Debug Log no issue. In doubt: keep Jarvis.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

For some reason I was unable to upload the debug log. Decided to uninstall and reinstall on all devices. Everything is working now.
