So I did the update for the version 17 from 16 and now when I open kodi it goes to the home screen but I can't see the menu or do anything at all it just shows the date and time. what do I do?!?!

your skin probably isnt compatable with krypton or you have the wrong version of it now, but that's just a guess lol

Definitely need to provide more information. Remember, we are not sitting in front of your TV seeing what you are seeing.

Maybe you could take a photo of the screen and paste it.

Tell us about your hardware. Tell us about your v16 setup. What skin were you using? Any builds? Anything you can think of will be helpful.

I might have fixed it, went to download a skin and it asked me what program I wanted to open it in, so i picked kodi, and the new version of kodi opened and it works so i'm just going to use this one. I appreciate the help and advice
