Here is how I added other item to menu from my NAS. This is on a new default install with all the add ons that this skins requires. Hope this helps some ppl.

Thank you that was helpful, never messed with smart playlists before. You mentioned you have all the add ons required for this skin. Those are all installed with the skin is that correct? As long
as I let it install everything it wants I don't have to add anything to it?

I downloaded 18.4 kodi and it seems that this mod is not in the repository for Kodi. So you may need to look under the skins settings to see if you have all the add on required. 

Yeah I guess I should, it is working pretty well seems like I am good. Hopefully this skin doesn't die when v19 comes out.
