After some more reading I‘m sure, the Minix U9 will do a good job for me.

Just for understanding:

I want to use the U9 with Libreelec only, I dont need Android.
The Android TV OS on my TV fits all my needs (Netflix in 4K).

So I can install Libreelec to a SD Card and the U9 boots straight into Libreelec as long as the Card is in slot?

When using Libreelec, there is no need to mess around with Android settings (framerate adaption, etc...), so I can leave them at default?
