Hello,
I just discovered this fantastic software.
I use it with my android TV. Media files are stored in a network NAS. The source are added in Kodi with Upnp protocol.

My questions are:
even if "auto start next episode" is checked in options, when an episode of a tv series ends, Kodi come back to the folder menu, and not auto start the follow episode in folder.
In addition, for photos, Kodi show me the preview, but the folder is empty. The random presentation is ok.

I'm doing something wrong in configuration?

don't use upnp. Use smb or nfs, they work much better.

Use either NFS or SMB.

UPNP (DLNA) is pure streaming protocol and does not support such functionality as next/previous episode, etc, etc...
