I've been using a keymap so for example if I want to watch NCIS while in the TV Shows library I hit the number 6 key(jumps to first show starting with M) then again(jumps to first show starting with N). This has been great since I have a pretty large library but it doesn't seem to work in Kodi 17.
At this time I only care about it working on my Android TV installs but it's also not working on Windows either so it doesn't look version specific and I didn't notice anything in change logs that would indicate that it shouldn't work anymore.
