MPC-HC vs VLC, getting a green push with MPC-HC
#1
I recently setup my Kodi to launch MPC-HC with MadVR. I was doing a comparison of it between VLC, and saw some pretty large difference in flesh tones. This happens if I disable MadVR and use any other render as well. Maybe VLC is the inaccurate one, but flesh tons seem a bit "green" to me in MPC-HC. TV is an OLED, professionally calibrated by a touring ISF certified calibrator. I know these picture won't translate to other monitors, but you can see the flesh tone difference between the two players. I've asked a friend to confirm if it happens on his setup (He has a GTX 1080, I have a Titan X) and we are both on Win10 Creators Update. He also sees the same thing.

Thoughts?

EDIT: Did a comparison between VLC vs MPC-HC vs Kodi and Kodi is even greener than MPC-HC. I'm gonna wager that VLC is pushing red, which makes the others seem green by comparison. http://i.imgur.com/3Sz5n8W.jpg
