How did you set the bulbs? Settings is broken in Kodi 18. You need to set it in v17 and then copy the file to v18 

Still no joy...

I installed v17 on my MAC, configured the add-on and everything is working as expected, but when I transferred it over to v18 it only switches the strip ON when Kodi starts. That's it...

I'd need the whole log to tell what is going on. The second error seems irrelevant, you just don't have some addon.

So it works in normal mode on start/on end etc but not Ambi? did you try hardware acceleration? Read 1st page of the topic it is explained there.
