Can I suggest that each type of binary addons that Kodi support gets its own development sub-forum here on the kodi.tv community forums?
Under the “Add-ons” forum there is already a few subforums for some of the binary addon types that Kodi supports, namely: “PVR”, “Audio DSP”, as well as “Screensavers and Visualisations” addons:

If you don’t mind I would like to recommend that Team-Kodi also add separate (developer) subforum for the newer type of binary addons that Kodi now support (in at least Kodi master / nightlies):
