It's deprecated, in favour of TDRC as of v2.4.
Sadly most taggers just seem to support Year but I'm not sure if they all use TYER or if some use TORY. Still, it would be nice to have a solution for greater granularity that just year. It's small thing (to me) in the grand scheme, but I'm surprised more people have never mentioned it
