Depends on the smart TV. If it runs Android, then probably - most others, no. At that point, get an Android box or Raspberry Pi and plug it in through the HDMI port: cheap, discrete, effective.

I'm not seeing anything on a Google search that suggests your TV runs Android - in which case, you're out of luck for loading Kodi onto it directly. Your manual will tell you more, if it's not obvious when you switch the thing on or look at the menus.
