Depends upon what you want, and need. Gaming, Illuminated, Small that works like a remote, etc.

We use the Logitech K400, it has good functionality, it's super light weight and we've never turned off and the battery is still going strong 6 months later. We were using the Rii i8, but when moved from the Raspberry Pi to a Windows HTPC, we found the Rii i8 was too awkward for internet browsing and what not.

Physical I use a k400 as mentioned above. I have this software running on my windows boxes though : https://www.unifiedremote.com/ for use with my phone.
