If a reboot does not fix the problem, you can try to disable cache in addon settings > advanced.
Else, enable Tools menu item in settings > advanced. Then you will find it on home menu. Go to Tools > Reload Catalog Cache (not the « Reset » one). You can skip the episodes data. Let it load few seconds then you can cancel. It is just to clean the cache but not the database.

First of all many thanks for all the work you do to give use TFC.TV on Kodi. Many thanks from my wife (asawa).
regarding the current problems I tried what you wrote above.
I get a error message as soon I do reload Catalog Cache.
According syslog what I have I see this:

Sorry, You’ll have to enable cache to be able to reload catalog cache.
TFC hasn’t updated shows pages (last episodes are Jan 31).
