Disabling "Use fullscreen window" results in displaying in 24p.
This happens not immediately after disabling this option. First I need to exit Kodi and start it again to see that my display changes in 24p.
This is not desirable because my graphic driver is set 1920 x 1080 and 50Hz
Are there other people with same problem?
