- added posterize, twotone and pixelate back
- remove some old garbage
- REMEMBER image ops can be chained infinitely, ie. 'blur-pixelate-posterize-twotone-blur-pixelate-twotone' (you get the idea!).
- best to delete 'kodi/userdata/addon_data/script.litebox' folder on each major update
