When a track is selected, the onscreen display comes up with time, title, album cover, spinning disc with the fanart in the background.
After a couple of seconds, everything goes away and the focus goes to the fanart in the background (and lyrics if they are playing.)
I've been wracking my brain on how to keep the first screen up with the spinning disc, info, etc on it.

Running kodibuntu on leia with estuary mod 18.

Just press "i" once on your keyboard while playing a song and you should be good
