Start playing a DVD ISO and let it play the menu.
Press Home to return to main screen, the video is playing in the background.
Select an ISO file (can be the same one too) and try to start playing.

The screen goes black, frame rate drops to ~8fps.

If you try this more, kodi hangs competely.
Happens with or without hardware acceleration.
