Could you explain how to run the app after installed/configured?

I think I have it installed properly, I then right click an addon (USTV Now Plus for example), Dropbox Sync, Add to DropBox Sync...it says working, added USTV Now Plus...i right click and click DropBox Sync and Manage Synced Addons and there is nothing there. Also there is nothing in the Apps dropbox folder
