In the Kodi Library, it would be nice to have unique poster art for streamed videos: a small icon in the corner of the poster, a special border, or anything to differentiate the movie as being streamed rather than resident. Now I have to add a .nfo changing the movie title to show a special character at the end (+). I would like to eliminate this step.
Over the long term identifying poster art will be helpful for troubleshooting playback problems (e.g., movie deleted or renamed at the streaming source).
In the short term it's helpful for dealing with situations where a streamed video is treated inferiorly to resident movies in the Kodi database (e.g., weak subtitle support, inability to resume, inability to edit poster art).
