I am very new to Kodi so please understand. I have (fuse)neue skin build that I customized myself. I can't figure out how to use iptv simple client under the default skin it is automatically there under TV
How can I create that action item. Also can I add multiple m3u links

You can't link to iptvsimple specifically - you link to tv channels / tv guide, and channels from whatever pvr addons are enabled will show up there. You can't add multiple m3u's.

This where I am confused. I add my m3u link i get a pop up saying channels added and guide updated but since I am using a skin (fuse)neue I don't know where they are

Should be on the main menu under tv or livetv or similar. If not, go ask in the fuse(neue) thread.
