With Openelc, unable to set the proper local time, but, internet conbection, ok
With OSMC, unable to configure ethernet connection, and obviously no correct time
I have read various comments on this issue, but, what is the real solution?
With Openelec, I very limited settings
With OSMC there are lots of settings for Rasp
Is there a way to correct this, without having to enter the terminal?

OpenELEC, as does LibreELEC, has the option for "Wait for network". For a RPi, set the timeout value to 30 secs.
