i am running Kodi with my Samsung UN55F9000 TV with a camera on the top.

is there an App i can download so Kodi can use the camera. I am trying to run Facebook Messenger

Kodi is a Media Player not Skype software.

There's probably an Android app for it ... but you're asking in the Wrong Forum and Website
