There are the Kodi shitty builds which use the PCM hack to output Dolby/DTS. This might work or give you some high pitched noise only. Sony/MediaTek miss to implement the standard API for DTS passthrough.
As for other apps, most of them don't work for DTS, unless they use the PCM hack.
Just don't buy Sony unless you just want to do some Netflix.
