I just moved a bunch of content from one drive to another. I have already removed the previous content from the library, and refreshed the library to add the "new" content. Is there any way to reassociate the "watched" status?

I don't think that you can. Best bet after I did the same thing a handful of times was using the Trakt addon. Only works if it has internet access, but it's great and works.

I see that it uploads the info to Trakt, but does Trakt send the info back to Kodi?

Yes, they sync. When they sync, it will autoupdate watched status and amount of times.

I personally have it run every time I update my library.
