I don't know how to explain this other than the way I'm going to.
But I just have this smaller problem with the scrolling text like when reading text when wanting to choose a new skin

The text in the picture went a lot faster so the video does not justify it 100%

And i can't figure out why.
I just upgraded my pc from a X99-i7-5920 to Z270 i7-7700. And thats the only thing i changed!?

I am baffled and can't find any settings that should make the scrolling text go so fast.

I have 2 NUC's where the text scrolls normally.
