Many thanks to the developers and all involved in the Kodi 17.4.2 upgrade I recently received on my Raspberry Pi (previously 17.4.1).

Where can I find the list of changes for a minor version upgrade like this? I could only find major version changelogs like http://kodi.wiki/view/Kodi_v17_(Krypton)_changelog.

Kodi only does 17.x release - no idea who added the last version part in your case - maybe something rbpi specific?

That's debian (raspbian) package versioning scheme, so it's not a minor version bump, but a debian package bump.
Actually it's 17.4-2 (not .2)

Edit: and while you are at it you may also ask them where do they keep package sources for kodi,
there should be something like kodi_17.4-2~stretch.orig.tar.xz and kodi_17.4-2~stretch.debian.tar.xz and which should contain the changelog for the package,
which could answer you question,
but it's not there -> http://archive.raspberrypi.org/debian/pool/main/k/kodi/

Thanks for the answers and for digging deeper. From the github discussion it seems the answer isn't simple ;-).

Version syntax correction noted.
