For the past day's all new episodes and films which I add to the library (sickbeard) are noticed but they are all ignored, this has been working for the past five years so I am a bit unsure on how to solve it.
What I already did:
- Rescan (many times)
- Changed Content on the directories
- Installed XEM

But none of it helped! So any help would be great!

Part of the logfile:
*mod-edit* No snippets, only full unedited logfiles, uploaded to pastebin.com or similar websites.

If I replay the request using postman against the thetvdb api I do get a list of episodes....

Log snippets are little use to anyone.

Please gather a full debug log (wiki) (with logging enabled - details are in the link), upload it to pastebin.com or a similar site and supply the link they will give you here.

Your issue may relate to this or more specifically the API change involved, but as your usage case is more of a grey area (and one we tolerate rather than support) it may be something else.
