Hi, I'd like to be able to use Kodi as I'm currently using VLC on my laptop with their "pause on last frame" feature. I haven't been able to find any add-ons for Kodi that fit the bill and searching the topic hasn't come back with anything. I'm pretty new to Pi and Kodi so is there something I'm glossing over or is this a function I could add through coding?

I don't believe this is supported by kodi and I can't think of an easy solution (other than hacking VideoPlayer).

It's the lack of this feature that is stopping us switching from VLC to KODI.
The other feature we would require is to run a .mp4 file absolutely no controls, cursor, or anything else on the screen, just the pure image.
