I'm running a fresh install of Kodi 17.6 on Windows 10 x64, and am having problems playing back videos. When I open a video file (avi, mp4, ts) I see a small blue circle with the number 100 inside it, overlaid on a frame from the video. Usually the video does not play at all, but sometimes it will play for 1-2 seconds then stop. Any ideas??

I don't have an option for hardware acceleration on my video settings menu

 OK I changed my settings to match those above (as far as I can tell). Still no luck - only a couple of seconds of playback, if any at all. Oh and no audio at all.
Here are my new settings:

being your log not a full log, the model of your graphic card is not available. 
i think the problem is there! 
try to change the settings, turn "off allow hardware acc." and use another render method.

 I've tried all of the available render methods:
- Auto detect
- DXVA
- Pixel Shaders
- Software.

I've also tried disabling hardware acceleration for DXVA2. 

My graphics card is a Radeon HD 4200.

Are there any settings that I should try changing?

Most content require subscription, but this film is one of the few that doesn't require subscription (which is useful for testing...).

And I get no audio/video

I tried disabling hw dxva2, and the different renderers, including software, and still get the same issue.
