Even when HW decoding is disabled in Android Kodi....
The AMLogic S922 chipset is not powerful enough to SW decode 1080i h264 and also do CPU YADIF2x Software deinterlacing simultaneously.
For ARM chipset based platforms - only the Apple TV 4K with it class leading CPU package can do that.
