I decided to use PulseAudio because I wrote a few scripts (a long way off from completion) to get Bluetooth Music Playback working on the RPi 3 using Raspbian Stretch. Couldn't get BlueAlsa working for love nor money.
But I got some scripts working so when I play something on my phone which is paired by Bluetooth to the Pi, KODI detects the playback and loads a custom screen showing me nominal information of the track. Im also working on functionality to dial and make/receive calls through KODI.
Brill.
The problem however. Normal music now does not work within KODI unless I turn off PulseAudio.
Im using PulseAudio 10.99 and a build of KODI, v 17.4.
Any thoughts in terms of debugging?
