To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

The instructions are here... debug log (wiki)

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.

Note: Full logs only. No partial or redacted logs
Do NOT post your logs directly into the forum. Always use a paste site like pastebin.com. Post the link to your pasted log in the forum

The forum moderators have determined that banned addons (wiki) are present on your system. To receive assistance here, these banned items must be removed. If a clean log is not submitted within 3 days, then the relevant post(s) will be removed after this time.

The log contains a lot of flotsam and Jetsam (definition: https://oceanservice.noaa.gov/facts/flotsam-jetsam.html) and the evidence is "Maverick TV Repository. It has huge selection of movies, TV Boxsets, Sports, Premier League 3pm, New Releases 2017 Movies; Death Streams addon For kodi. Death Streams ( Salts Fork )" Please familiarize yourself with the Official:Forum rules/Banned add-ons (wiki)

I suggest a http://kodi.wiki/view/Windows_FAQ#Portable mode version of Leia 64 bit without the flotsam and Jetsam and that log linked back to this thread.

The log contains a lot of flotsam and Jetsam, please review posts #18 and #19 and post a log from a clean portable version.

You've still got a hell of a lot of orphaned scripts and other stuff from the banned addons (wiki) in there.

Close kodi, open windows explorer and enter %appdata%\kodi\addons

That should take you to your installed addons folder. In the remove any folder related to anything on the banned addons (wiki) list (mainly script folders).

Then we can maybe get somewhere with a properly clean install. However it may be damaged beyond repair, so a clean install may be better (by deleting the %APPDATA%\kodi folder).

Follow the link in post #19 for a portable install.... 5 minutes and you're done.

You're trying to save a compromised fubar install with flotsam and Jetsam, not worth my time.

You don't need a USB stick, you can make a portable install in parallel with your existing one.

But alternatively if you rename the kodi folder in %appdata% to something else then start Kodi, it will start as a fresh install and will rebuild a new factory fresh setup.

The problem is how much damage is already done by the crap you installed before, so a fresh beginning by either route (or just starting again) may be the only way. The are different ways to go about it, as both Pat and I have described.
