Struggling somewhat here

I have an Amazon Prime account(new for Xmas) and have a few FTVs

I use Kodi all the time on my FTV and would like access its content without having to exit Kodi

Tryied siding loading the app from amazon store but it seems to fail.  Thought was I could access through android apps and make a favorite

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Be sure your using a skin that supports Android Apps.  Go to Addons --> Programs --> Android Apps and choose the Amazon Launcher App/Netflix App/etc. and make it a Favorite.  Then you can add the favorites to your home screen menu.  I used Estuary MOD skin and this works fine (Guilouz Repository).  However, since you are using a FireTV already, the main Amazon Launcher home screen is all you need really.  I think I'm using Firestarter to auto-start KODI at boot.  Then I have the double-tap on the home button on the FireTv remote configured to dump me back to the Amazon homescreen to watch Amazon content.
