CBC Comedy channel is on that page. 

You'll have to pardon me because I don't know how any of this works, I just test them out.

I believe CBC gets the Olympic Channel from the IOC and there may be different feeds

I went to the Olympic Channel website and what they say is playing now is what is on CBC Olympic Channel now although I think there are different feeds for Canada and the US.  Maybe the webpage is detecting the right one for me though.  Also I have no clue if you can figure out if you can get a guide from this Olympic Channel url (schedule is down the page)
