Broader file-system access and UWP console apps are coming to Windows 10


Appears for Windows and upcoming 1803 xbox builds this will be enabled with new SDK I assume.

Seems to be only for computer Windows OS. Console mentioned is meant as a text only terminal.

 While you are correct about the console, I don't see any distinction of platform for the API beyond UWP -- which would still include Xbox unless it's specifically excluded for some reason, right?
