I am using windows 10 with intel HD GPU I have videos in an iso format that are originally a 720 X 480 video and possibly since I updated to Krypton I noticed that when I play the video it starts out at 1080P then adjust the screen to 1080/24P. I have noticed depending on terminology some ghosting pixelating lately I am assuming due to the framerate conflict. I went into system on kodi and under video it shows a 1080 X 1920 60hz. It seems to only happen on my videos and when I play a 1080/24P source it displays properly with no screen adjustment after video is started like the 720 source and I get no pixelating. If I play an addon a news addon it displays 1080 and no issues. I have turned off any upscaling that my amplifier has on it and also when I play the same video on VLC player it does not go to 1080/24P it shows 1080P. Any help would be apreciated and thanks to all the devolopers that have made a great product
