I installed windows 7sp1 embedded on my machine with a 64 gig tf card it runs great playing video now using windows media player but when I try to install Kodi it says I need windows 7 sp1 so is there a way to get it on there

I suggest you need the full Win7. Embedded has some stuff missing and isn't intended as a general purpose OS.
You could probably work around the restriction but Kodi isn't tested in such and environment.

You can just copy installed Kodi to target machine. But there is not quarantiess that it may work, because Kodi requires Windows 7 Platform Update installed to work. I'm not sure what embedded version has this update.
