Kodi crash and now missing Kodi completely

macbook pro(retina, 13 ", late 2013, running mac0s sierra ver 10.12.6
processor 2.6 Ghz intel core I5
Mem 8gb 1600 MHz ddr3
Graphics intel Iris 1536 MB

Had installed Kodi 17.6 from Koditv, was working well until i tried to add Genietv, during install screen froze, dialog said not to touch any buttons, waited 45+min still screen frozen, message indicating out of memory? had to force quit to get out of program. next day started Kodi, screen was for Genietv showing, movies, tv, etc. But Kodi was nowhere to be found!
No file manager, adding, etc.
Tried reinstalling Kodi 17.6 several times. Each time genie tv came up but appears never finished installing. I assumed that Genie has over written Kodi.
How do I get back to original Kodi app?
Please bear with me since I am not tech savvy.

Thank you, rbfb1

That addon looks to be something that would violate our piracy policy (wiki) and has been added to our banned list.

As they've screwed up your install if complain to them and have them fix their screw up.
