I have a firestick 4k plugged into my Atmos capable AVR and I have Kodi Leia and the Castagna repository that enabled the Netflix add on. However, I've not been able to get Atmos sound, just DD+. Also, when I get Dolby Vision, it appears to be 1080p not 4K. Am I missing a setting? Advice please. Thanks in advance! If you're on the latest FireTV version (6.2.7.7. if I remember correctly), it's Amazon's fault, due to the latest update. They messed up something. I own the 4k stick myself and using a Kodi 19 version which is optimized for our stick and play Netflix with Dolby Atmos flawlessly.
Hmm, will check the version. Outside of Kodi I do get Atmos and DV with Disney+ and some Prime content. I'm thinking I might have to upgrade to Nvidia Shield if this isn't fixable soon.
