@Joe Daring you download the repository zip for the current development branch, you unpack it and create two new zip files out of it:

1. script.module.mechanicalsoup.zip, with the directory script.module.mechanicalsoup in it along with everything inside that directory;
   
2. plugin.video.amazon-test.zip, with the directory plugin.video.amazon.test.
   

Once that's done, you go into Kodi and choose to install addon with the zip, you will install MechanicalSoup first, then Amazon VOD. You will probably be asked to login again, depending on the situation, in that case just go to the settings, clear credentials, and then log in again. That should be it.  

I tried this last night and it doesn't work for me.  After the re-install, clearing credentials, and re-entering my password etc. I get caught in a captcha screen that i can get past. 

Anyone else have this issue?

In Capcha screen, again you have enter password and capcha properly. Some times, there are space between the character, you have to enter space also.
