I would like to know how to disable auto updates on Apple TV 2. My ATV2 with NitoTV looks like is auto updating.

If you are referring to Kodi add-ons, you can disable auto-updates to update them manually or not update them at all.
Go to Settings/System/Addons/General/Updates.
