I am experiencing the same issue. I installed Kodi on both my Windows 10 laptop and my xbox and synced the TV Shows data sources. Tonight, when I got home from work. I am able to watch TV shows browse on the laptop, but not on the xbox. Selecting TV shows on the menu, and then going to in progress shows, the screen drops me in to the "videos" folder. If I select Files from there, I am able to open the videos.
Clicking on TV Shows in the menu, selecting Titles and then a tv show, leaves me on the TV Shows/Titles form. The only options on the TV Shows form that work are Years and Titles. I am able to get to the shows that are listed in each year, but I am not able to actually open the file from that point. I have uploaded the log from following these steps to paste.kodi.tv/opoxohahaw
To confirm that there isn't an issue with the database, I copied it from my xbox and opened it using DB Browse for SQL Lite. It opened fine and I am able to run the queries that are in the log files as causing issues.
SELECT studio.studio_id, studio.name FROM studio JOIN studio_link ON studio.studio_id = studio_link.studio_id JOIN tvshow_view ON studio_link.media_id = tvshow_view.idShow AND studio_link.media_type='tvshow' GROUP BY studio.studio_id
80 rows returned in 6549ms from: SELECT studio.studio_id, studio.name FROM studio JOIN studio_link ON studio.studio_id = studio_link.studio_id JOIN tvshow_view ON studio_link.media_id = tvshow_view.idShow AND studio_link.media_type='tvshow' GROUP BY studio.studio_id
Running the debug mode created a a 70MB log on the Xbox which isn't uploadable. I was able to copy the database folder off and am now attempting to get the whole loadstate folder as well if that might help. I have two logs from when I closed and reopened the app after I was unable to watch the TV shows.
http://paste.kodi.tv/ejogosiger and then I ran a clean on the database to see if that would help. Same Issue.
