From the log, Kodi is picking up 3 separate screens

You maybe swamping out your graphic engine, try in windowed mode or reduce to 1920x1080@60hz primary only. Kodi 18 plays well on my older set-up at 1080p with 'Play Next Video Automatically' toggled, and I'm wondering if your 3 monitor set-up or scan rate has anything to do with your graphic card set-up?

I don't think it's related to this setup. It also happens on my pi3 with a TV attached to it (i dont have a log atm and it's 1920x1080p). I've also tried with autoplay feature disabled an the "play from here" option and also windowed mode. All with same result.
