Hi, i am using latest kodi 17.6 in my new Android TV box, i am loading the m3u with iptv channels list in "PVR IPTV Simple Client", and then i press "Enable".

After that it says that channels loaded, but then it stucks in: "PVR manager is starting 0%".

I tried to clear data, to clear the app cache in android settings, i tried to restart several times but still nothing....

What can i do to view the IPTV Channels properly?

I'm guessing don't try to load 43800 channels at once.

how can i do that? the m3u has that channels inside, i can not change it...

Download it / edit it.
Bear in mind any .m3u with that number of channels is 100% not going to be legit, so you won't get support here.

Somehow I think with that size of list, the piracy policy (wiki) would quite probably apply here...?
