v18 Crash with nightlies 180531/180601 in Win 8.1 x64

Clean installed both winx64 nightlies 180531 and 180601 in portable mode on Win 8.1 x64 with NVidia GTX1050.  Kodi crashes on initialization of video.  Trac ticket #17900 Crash (DGXI) on startup refers. See ticket for debug log.  Build 180531 works on Win 7 x64 Nvidia GTX970.  180601 not tested on Win 7.
