I get the same thing (Radeon 5450/Win8.1 64bit) but only when DXVA2 decoding is off and Pixel Shaders or DXVA is selected as the renderer. Software renderer is okay.

All my videos are my own, from my blu-rays, encoded with VidCoder - no downloads.

(PS Should this thread be moved to the Windows forum?)
